Hi, Iโm Dr. Chris Janowieckiย - board-certified internist and founder of Wise Wards.
I finished residency in 2010 and spent a year as Chief Medical Resident before stepping straight into full-time hospital medicine in 2011. Since then, Iโve worked in academic and community hospitals, onboarded new attendings, built discharge workflows, and mentored fresh grads just starting to fly solo.
